We are happy to open the doors to our newly opened sister restaurant in Gamla Stan. With high ambitions both in the kitchen and for the environment, the restaurant is run by Björn Fischer, former head chef at Stadshuskällaren, sister, father and family.

We are happy to offer take-away whenever possible, though it can sometimes be difficult during our busiest hours. The dish we think travels best is our classic: the Bistro's hand-rolled meatballs with traditional sides. However, virtually our entire menu is available to go.
